207 Windows & Keyfob

Morning All,

Most of the other cars I have had, including the one I currently use for work has an option to hold the unlock button on the key to open the windows. With the heat recently it's quite handy!

My 207 3dr doesn't have this option (as far as I can tell.) I have had a look through diagbox and pp2000 and I don't seem to be able to see an option to activate it.

Does anyone know if it is possible to add this to the car? My first thought would be that only the driver side windows has "one-touch" controls. The passenger side doesn't, and I have seen an option to change that in Diagbox.

Could it just be a case of changing the window switches for both sides, enabling "one-touch" in pp2000? That would be nice.

If anyone has any advice to offer that would be great. Or if anyone with access to Peugeot ServiceBox could provide the part numbers for the windows controls for both sides with one-touch?

Thanks All :thumb:

I believe the option was deleted on most versions following BSI software update. I had it on my 807 and dealer wanted to update BSI to remove feature.

I was told it was due to people trying to claim from PSA there vehicles or content were stolen where windows were opened in error from keys being sat on or squashed in bags etc

I might try just enabling it in PP, i have seen the option for window control. I just wasn't sure if it would work as the 2 button for the windows on the drivers side feel different. The passenger just has 3 positions, neutral, down and up. Whereas the driver side also has an extra position, it clicks, and this is when it puts the window all the way down.

Interesting about them removing the option. People these days!

207 Windows closing using key fob!!

Hello everyone, i was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is any chance the windows can be controlled by the key fob for my peugeot 207 1.6 Hdi 2012 5dr. I've diagbox but i don't seem to find anywhere you can access that. is it still been removed or do you know if it is possible to enable the function. Thanks

one touch is for the button on the inside of the car, you press it and window goes down instead of having to hold it to put it down

I have a year 2011 Sportium and it is possible to close all windows using the key fob "lock" button by holding it for a couple of seconds when locking the car. I've just tried and can find no method of opening the windows using the key fob. Holding the unlock button for a few seconds only unlocks the doors. I can't comment on what may be possible using Planet Peugeot because I've never used it.
