As betty said earlier you just need a bit of wire and make a new earth problem solved

No bad earth so no heat to melt anything further

Hi all, I've recently had this same problem and would like to fix it with the new earth wire method but after taking the light cluster apart I'm not entirely sure where to drill and attach the new wire. Could some kind soul post a picture or diagram before I attack my lights with the drill please?
