I was hoping not to have to ask, but I'm having no luck searching.
Can anyone tell me where I can find the circuit diagrams for a 62 plate Boxer please? It's an AutoSleeper motor home on the boxer chassis and the air con isn't working. I've had it re-gassed and all ok. The garage said there wasn't any power getting to the compressor, so they weren't sure what the issue might be. They were fully booked and so couldn't spend much time after my re-gas. I've checked the fuses and, with a lot of searching, found which relay is for the air con. I've tested it and it's working fine and I'm getting 12v to the relay coil terminals, so it's turning in to a puzzle. I need to get underneath and check the supply to the compressor to confirm the garage's findings. However, we've been getting monsoon rains today, so haven't managed to do that yet. Was hoping to find a circuit diagram, to see if anything else might be influencing things. Am I right in thinking that if there's 12v to the relay and the relay is working ok, the relay should be feeding 12v directly to the compressor without any other sensors stopping it?
Many thanks, Al

The wiring diagrams are in Peugeot Servicebox. You can download a free copy see #22 of Service Box no longer free? This covers Peugeots up to late 2013. If you prefer PM your VIN and tell me which type of air-conditioning (e.g. simple/automatic) you have and I will look up the diagrams for you.

I had a quick look a diagram for a later model Boxer and the relay was in fuse box and its output connects directly to the compressor's clutch. It has a two pin plug one pin is earth and the other power.
Thanks for the reply, Ian. My laptop got part way in to the installation of the VM player and then said my processor doesn't support it. My laptop is quite old! My VIN is VF3YBTMAU12086519
My air con system is very simple, just one button and the hot/cold dial. I think my circuit is going to be as per the one you have described. I hope so anyway!
Many thanks for your help.

Brilliant Ian, thank you.
The relay T05 (Air Con Compressor Relay) is the one I've been testing. On the second diagram you've attached another relay T09 is also involved. this is the high speed fan relay, so I need to investigate that. In the many threads and websites I've been reading through I can remember someone mentioning the high speed fan!
This is a great help, Ian, thank you. Mind you, I'm no auto-electrician, so if you are, and have any thoughts on this, I'm all ears!

This is the description I get for your van from the online version of Servicebox:
BOXER 3 SHORT CHASSIS CAB TYPE 14 2.2 HDI 130 PUMA C Manual gearbox 6

I have attached the principle diagram and the wiring diagram for your a/c.

The reason the virtual machine may not work on your laptop is for security reasons the virtual machine capability is often turned off in the PC's BIOS.

There is an online version of Servicebox Service Box but you need to register and you need to pay for access. The only thing you get for free is the one line description as above.

Block 8020 is the compressor clutch
Block BF01 is the engine fuse box

You can find the other block description at PEUGEOT ALL MODELS WIRING DIAGRAMS - GENERAL
Hi Ian, any chance of another favour please?
I can't find the fuse for the high speed fan in any fuse layout I can find for my 62 plate vehicle. Is it possible for you to find out where it is via the service box?
On this link Fuse Box Diagram Peugeot Boxer (2006-2018)
the high and low speeds fans are fuses 6 and 7 in the engine bay fuse box right up to 2010 models. 2011 onwards they're not listed.
Here's a picture of my engine bay fuse box.

On all other models before 2011 fuses 6 and 7 are in that gap in the row of big fuses where the red wire is lying.
I've got the engine running to see which fan, if any, kicks in when it gets hot. I'm hoping the air con relies on one of them (not sure which one is the high speed) at it's the fan at fault, not the compressor.

Left the camper running on the drive until it got up to temperature, but no fans came on. Took it out on to the main road doing 65mph for 2 miles, then turned on to a hill road and horsed it up on to the moor top. Jumped out with the torch - still no fans running. Horsed it down the other side of the valley to another village, turned around and horsed it back up to the moor, which was a longer run that the other side, still no fans on. Hoofed it back home and stopped just outside the village so it didn't have any chance to cool while doing 30mph in the village - still no fans on. I don't think any of the two fans are working - for whatever reason.

Cheers Ian, I'll start having a look through those. I thought my numbers 6 and 7 fuses were just missing in that picture above, but they're on either side of that gap the red wire is running through. It's very odd that they've just dropped those two off the list of fuses, even though they are there. Hey ho. Anyway, they are ok. We've got the channel tunnel booked next Tuesday, so I've booked it in to a diagnostic place tomorrow at 4pm as I'm running out of time.
thanks again for all of your help, you've been tremendous. I'll let you know how I get on with the diagnostics.

There wasn't an external temp sensor in the wing mirror (The socket was there, but nothing plugged in it) vehicle was reading outside temp as -40. The air con was also disabled on the system. Maybe the wing mirror had been hit and replaced with a cheaper one with no temp sensor.
Cheers Ian, really appreciated your help.
