I don't have so much experience with Diagbox to say if TSB's are available there. I think it is not, but I can not be sure. It's only diagnostic tool, so I doubt it's connected to TSB's. As you discovered with other VIN, TSB's are under Diagnosis tab, and that is where I got them for my car. I really have no idea why it's not available for your VIN.

Hello everybody,

I have a rather strange problem with a brand new HP laptop working with windows 10 version 64bit.

Previously I had downloaded the service box link and extracted the rar files to similar operating system without any issues.

On the opposite with this new laptop , as soon as I open the file .vmx (first I receive the message to give reply , "I moved" or "I copied".

I tried both options and the result is the same , the virtual machine starts loading and immediately I get a blue screen and restart!
As explained the laptop is brand new , HP 455 G8 with AMD Ryzen.The Vmware version I use is 15.5.5 already tested on other machines and working properly!

Any ideas welcomed!

Have you set the bios on your laptop to run virtual machine? By default it's usually off.

N/B. You should alway answer the question as "I moved it"

 

Enable virtualization in bios.

Security has nothing to do with it.

SVM option is the one you need.

Hello, I had already reviewed this video!
The problem on my probook is that the option regarding Virtualization Technology (VTX) is not showing on the same menu!

 

This is for Intel CPU, he has AMD.

What is the exact message from bluescreen?

Because that is Intel technology, you have AMD CPU. Virtualization is already enabled for you, problem is something else.

if I remember correctly this servicebox virtual machine was made with 15 edition

 

I think you will need the latest v16 version. That image will still work, it's backwards compatible.

I have an other HP laptop I5 cpu , with the same windows 10 version and this 15.5.5 version of vmware is running properly so I thought to use it on the probook machine too.

Problem was solved by updated VMWARE player to latest v16 version!

 

I don't suppose anyone has access to this who can send me a couple of documents please.

 

Just pay it, it's couple of euros for an hour.

 

I used it last weeki it is 8 euros for one hour. Once you register you can see what mechanical data is available. Unfortunately you need to pay to see a list of wiring diagrams. The best thing is to prepare a list of what you need now and may need in the future. Then download it all in one session.

 

Yeah, that's how I did it. Purchased for one day and saved as PDF spare parts and technical documentation for my car.

Hello Everyone. I purchased one token from Peugeot regarding the service box and I only have a ROADWORTHINESS PTI menu which prompts me to a http://techcontrol.psa-cloud.com/ page and then times-out. Is that normal ?

 

That doesn't sound right. The tokens are for accessing the PSA server for use with the diagnostic tool. What you should do is login to https://public.servicebox-parts.com/pages/index.jsp enter your VIN. The simplest way to proceed is to find the item you want then click on it and it should take you for the payment section. The 8 Euro/hour should be enough for most things.

I am an engineer so that is what I entered when I registered but I suspect your registration was accepted if it has allowed you to buy a token. However, tokens are usually for access to diagnostic server not information. Information access is charged on fixed time periods which expires if you don't use it at the time.
