Not sure of the vin number as I am out at the moment
The engine is a TU5 JP4 if this is any help. I have done a few Google searches but these only bring back the location of the temp sensor fitted to the diesel engines
According to my Haynes manual it is mounted in the coolant outlet housing on the left hand end of the cylinder head. It then goes on to say that on some models there are two sensors fitted. The outlet housing one does the temp gauge and the other is screwed into the left-hand end of the cylinder head and is for the engine management ECU.
Coolant temp sensors are usually located in or around the head somewhere, some times 2 pin plugs some times 3 pin plugs
