Hei hei i need some help to find conversion kit for my 5008 2012 1,6hdi 112hp 82kw
There is meny options in ebay but i dont want to buy the flywheel kit and later on find out that it wont fit to my car.

if someone knows and have changed it before any help and tips is welcome

OF- i just got changed the dual mass flywheel together with cluch kit and everything. 10k later again dual mass is fucked and noisy i payd 1000 euro for that job and parts. So i searcnfo from internet and talked with some carguys that this dual mass flywheel is only problems. So i would take a risk and install the solid flywheel at once. Im also looking foward to install the bluespark pro chip box. And when the power raises im afraid that when i buy a new dual mass it will be fucked again..
im driving also pretty hard for that car i think. Lot of driving in the city and stop lights. So it get lot of cuick accelerations what dual mass dont like at all.

One thing is more i cant find any info when this car should regenerate the dpf filter.
some peugeot models have the led in the mirror heater button what lights up when the car is doin it. But i have never seen anything on dasboard. I have driven once a 1400km nonstop. So something should have happen with that range. But i saw nothing on dashboard.
i orded lexia 3 now so maybe i can see with that the pressure sensors before and after dpf, is it clogged or not and when it is then i can force regenerate it with lexia?

I would look on the LUK website they should have a catalogue of compatible parts and solid kits. What is your engine code (digits 6-8 of VIN)

There are a number of different clutch and flywheel combinations dependent on gearbox fitted etc.

Sometimes the older solid flywheel and clutch from lower bhp 1.6 or 1.4 cars or vans can be fitted but you would need to check gearbox shaft is the same size etc.

DMF's are a lot more reliable now and can handle extra power with no issues. A good remap will be better than a tuning box as they limit torque at low revs to protect flywheel where a tuning box won't
