Installing folding mirrors

Hi guys, new here and just wanted a bit of help, i currently have a peugeot 206 lx 51 plate with gti gloss black electric mirrors, i would like to add the 180 power fold mirrors but im not 100% sure if i will need new door looms or its just a plug and play job.

The current mirrors have 5 wires on the drivers side and 7 on the passengers side, the car loom seems to have 8 wires with 2 green going into one connection.

Checked the mirrors switch near the handbrake and it has 10 wires which as far as i know is the correct amount for the folding function.

I have taken some photos of the current connector plugs.

Cheers.

Ok, i just assumed the passenger mirror needed 9 wires and the drivers 7, seen as there are only 7 connectors in the plug in the photo i dont think it would work, someone might be able to add a bit more info.

I know the 180 mirrors I have bought have the orange connector plug and as you can see my current blocks are white, might see about new looms.

If it doesn't work would the option maybe be in my bsi and may need turning on.

These are the mirrors I have bought

If my bsi does not have the option would it be possible to wire the folding function to separate wires so it bypasses the bsi, I can see it been too difficult, an auto electrician may have a better idea.

Going by that link it looks doable and is not controlled by the bsi just the switch itself so should work same as my Subaru.

As David says that wiring is messy try to do a neater job than that :)

I wasn't planning on using his wiring method, just showing that it looks like it can be done.

So if I have this correct, he has cut into wire 8 and 9 on both mirrors and joined them to wire 6 and 10 on the switch near the handbrake, is that pretty much it.

If that is correct then that will be a lot cheaper than buying a new loom that may not even fit.

Would I need the wiring diagram for my car to find the correct wires at the switch, I have had a look and they don't seem to be numbered.

What would be the best way to find which wires I need to cut into at the switch side, could a multimeter possibly help.

Ok found 10 and 6 on the switch plug, 6 is blank and 10 has a wire connected.
