Engine fault ODB2 P11AB, P0299, P2562

My 508 sw 2.0 diesel has been off the road for 3 months with a faulty starter motor, had this fixed 2 days ago. Car now starts and runs as it should.
Although when I accelerate hard the engine management light comes on with warning 'engine fault repair needed'. This never happened previous to starter issue. The car is showing error code P11AB and pending codes P0299 & P2562.
I can reset the codes and drive normally but the acceleration power is not the same, also the fault recurs under hard acceleration in lower gears. Acceleration is slow in higher gears but the fault does not recur.

Previous to starter issue the car did show a rough idle problem jumping from 700 to 1100 rpm, also intermittently cutting out on idle and when coming to a stop when out of gear and braking.
Before I sent the car for repair I noticed black sooty gunk coming from the manifold inlet valve attached the the manifold. One of the hex head bolts was loose so I removed the valve to find the internals very gunked up. I scrapped out all I could access and cleaned up the sensor with degreaser. Reassembled when dry.

When I got the car back from starter replacement the rough idle and intermittent cut outs were gone but replaced with the acceleration issue.

Could this be linked? Or is my turbo on it's way out?

Probably no one has had this or similar problems and can't help you.
