What year is the car and does it have the full telematics etc.

It could be that the hardware is not in the diagbox database due to being too new and it uses non standard comms or BSI has been wrongly configured and the units are not present in the car but they are listed as present in BSI configuration (Diagbox uses the BSI configuration as basis for what ECU to interrogate)

 

Its a 2016 car and I'm not sure if it has full telematics.

 

That could be why V7.83 was released in 2015 so it maybe your firmware is not in the internal database
