3008(II PHEV) I need help with retrofitting a car with a BTA module(telematic)

Could you advise who might have experience with this?
The car didn’t come equipped with the BTA module from the factory. As it turns out, this module is responsible for the E-Remote control feature in the car. Additionally, I believe it’s also why the car doesn’t show the battery charge level.
I really want the feature to control comfort settings in the cabin through the mobile app, not just via a scheduled time.
Here are my questions:
If I purchase and install this module, will the functions work as intended?
Has anyone had experience retrofitting a BTA telematics module?

Thanks advance

It will depend on if wiring is in place and will require a legal version of diagbox and access to PSA server to code to the car (if PSA allow it to be retro fitted parts to be coded)

Yes, I understand.
All of this needs to be done by authorized dealers.

But the question is: is it possible?
Will the PSA server register my car in its database?

Purchasing a new official part is possible, although it’s not cheap.
However, at the moment, the authorized service center can’t give me a clear answer.
They only say they can install it but without any guarantees.

Installing and reconfiguring the BSI is one part of the process, but the module also needs to be activated on the PSA server.

I’m trying to find out if anyone has already done this.
The documentation provides information about replacing such(BTA) a module, but I’m specifically interested in whether activation is possible if the car didn’t originally have this module.

How did you find you didn't have a telematics module ?
Diagbox or no bluetooth connection available ?

I have a March 23 E-Berlingo XTR I cant for the life of me get the E-Charge & E-Climate activated ?
I'm assuming the charge level on my app home screen will work if the E-charge was activated .
My car connects via bluetooth so assuming I have the module .
