The bottle is hidden behind the front driver wheel arch liner. Think its 3 or 4 T20 screws to undo.

If you have small hands or small wheels, can look with the wheel on, but wheel off for decent access.

 

Thanks, I will have a more detailed look, the leak is quite substantive, so sourcing the new reservoir will be fun.

 

Are you sure it's the bottle? The tube came off mine and leaked the majority of the fluid in 30 seconds flat.

If you need the part, get on servicebox for the part number and go looking. Plenty of salvage 508 out there now so it shouldn't be too hard to find one used.

 

Thanks Just had someone look at it and its the pump that is leaking. Re service box, I have used it many years ago , and I can login, and the parts directory seems to be a different web address. That website does not recognise my previous service box login though. Any ideas re this would be greatly welcomed
