Changed the door mirror that had been battered but still in one piece. It seems to be airflow around the mirror. Check the mirror for any uneven or badly fitting parts. I think anything that spoils the exterior contour of the mirror will cause noise at speed.

A bit of a poor do from the dealers. Have they been out with you to listen to the noise? Is it not under warranty? Assuming it was a Peugeot dealer, if so get onto Peugeot if you get no satisfaction from the dealer. Sorry I can't help further. No

Some folk can't fault find without diagnostic software guiding them to the fault. Good luck, post if and when you sort the problem.
