Does anybody know how to update the satnav, my system is running SMEG5.41.B.R4

map version DbDw_303/Gr411
CD 26413
i have looked for map updates on Peugeot’s website but cannot seem to get to the point where I enter the VIN of the vehicle
Help would be much appreciated

Read the SMEG update topic at the top of this forum - the latest maps link is mentioned on page 125 - you will need the JAVA program from page 1 and the update procedure guide too. The activation code is generated using the data file in the update and your VIN code - so it's unique to the car and the map update. You will need 7-Zip to unzip the downloaded update file - it's all detailed in the sub-forum. NB: you will have to sacrifice one of the maps (Eastern Europe for example) as the update file size is larger than the available memory space available on the SMEG unit

 

Can you install the peugeot update application for Win/Mac? I'm not sure if that works with the SMEG or just the RCC/NAC...
