What device? SMEG? NAC? Given the "No audio" message, it's probably a NAC. Confirm. A photo of the System Information would help.
Source of update file?

 

 

It was a 2024 maps update from eBay. Also have the speed camera updates as well but can't add them until after maps upgraded.

 

Have the activation code for it as well

Yes, but I don't know about SMEG. My knowledge is limited to NAC, and a little bit about RCC. Sorry!

 

The issue will be either the size (capacity) of the USB or incorrect file structure (you have not placed the files/unzipped) them correctly onto the USB hence the system is not able to read/know that the files are present.

 

You can get the update from Peugeot web site free. You download it, then you need to extract it to your usb. One done, start car, insert usb.. and hey presto.,, good luck
