Hi thanks for your reply, do know is there a seal in there between the turbo and intercooler pipe, I got a reconditioned turbo just put on and seems there's oil coming out of there down the turbo.

There is a seal in that pipe but if the oil is leaking badly out of there you would have a big problem with the turbo you might find it's the metal pipe that's spraying oil under pressure towards that area but without seeing it I can't be sure .Is the oil dripping out or just a sweat

If the plastic pipe had a leak it would probably show up as a fault in the ecu there is two oil pipes on the turbo one on the underside which is an oil return pipe and the metal pipe that goes in the top which is an oil feed pipe normally if the metal pipe leaks it would be dripping as it has pressure behind it going through a small pipe If I was you I would clean it all down and monitor it to make sure you Def have a leak and it's just that it hasn't been cleaned properly before

Thanks for your help being looking for the leak and it's coming where the turbo pipe meets the turbo, we're not too sure if it's the o ring or a hairline crack underneath that plastic part, tell me something if you can please could pressure built up cause oil to leak from here I wonder, car seems to be driving fine no issues with power, and that plastic that's connected to the turbo, is it easy to take off and does the turbo need to be stripped down again👍

It's not an easy thing to determine the metal oil feed pipe for the turbo connects straight under that unit and is pretty difficult to get to and so often people try to work on the turbo with this pipe still connected and it starts to leak but there is also two rubber seals on the turbo that can leak but normally when these leak the car also either smokes badly or leaks badly

There's definitely no oil dripping, also got the dpf cleaned wasn't too bad, just bought a new plastic pipe that connects to the turbo and some new o ring s, hopefully this will stop the oil leak, I ve checked the 2 Banjo bolts and there all good no oil also there was a new oil pipe put on the bendy one🤣 I just hope when this part is replaced I get no more oil leaks🤞

Just wondering as if dpf comes up as blocked too often it eventually won't clear and you have to tell the ecu you have fitted a new one as long as you drive the car on the motorway above 70 mph for thirty minutes. You should get away with changing glow plugs

Have no problem s with dpf warning message coming on now usually when I go over 120km it's comes on now I am hitting 130, 140km and no warning signs I just think it needed a good cleaning plus no more black smoke, car is actually going well, just have to get this oil leak sorted now, I have the car over 5 years now and that's the first bit of trouble it gave me turbo wise, think my old turbo got wasted because of the dpf loads of power now, these cars have a bad build up of carbon, next on my list is getting my egr cleaned, should these also be done when you have a turbo fitted? There is no warning lights on or anything 👍

Car is flying it but just can't find where the oil is coming from, all oil pipes are dry no oil, seems to be on the back of the turbo and going onto the wastegate and traveling down the heat shield, it's not leaking very bad, I hope it's not the turbo☹

I don't think they cleaned did the intercooler, I ll check those pipes and see if there's oil in them, it seems to be coming out only when I am driving no oil when parked up, just a slow drip down.
