Hi

I am new to this forum. I am trying to obtain the DAM for my Peugeot 306 and using one of the recommended the Excel spreadsheet I got of the web. I got the code from the door sticker and it is as follows:
9631383480

I am not sure which numbers to use to decode the date of manufacture though. Can anyone assist.

Thanks so much Gibbo. The build code 7834 allowed me to use the software and determine the year of manufacturer ie. 1998. It matches what I originally thought but was not absolutely certain.

I have looked everywhere on my car for this code but cannot find it. Just out of interest can you advise where this code is located. I have a serial number embosed on right side of engine bay. Manufacturer plate in the boot and loading details by front right door. None of my plates or stickers matches the format and content of the samples I see on the web though and none of them have this code?

I can send you pics of the plates and stickers i have...my car was built in France and exported to Seychelles

Again much appreciated.
