Hi all,
Any advice on the above codes please? Intermittent "engine fault" over 2 weeks followed by "service" and now "stop" , sometimes says low oil pressure on touch screen too but not on cluster. All resets when ignition is restarted and drives fine. Oil level is fine and belt looks OK.
Peugeot can't look at it until next week.
38k miles 67 plate with full service history for Arnold Clarke. Also has 8 months of a 2 year AC warranty remaining which they tried saying had ended today.
It hasn't been recalled by Peugeot to my knowledge is there any way to tell if it should have been?
Thanks for any help 🙏

low oil pressure = stop the engine.

Wet timing belt is likely failing & blocking the oil pick up.

March 2013 to April 2017 built Purecrap engined cars where the ones that where recalled.

Plenty of reports of engines built after this date failing in the same way.

If you have the VIN - Peugeot service box will tell you if theres any active recalls OR check on the DVLA check site with the reg as that also can check for active recalls.

Check if a vehicle, part or accessory has been recalled - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Arnold Clark now won't look at the car under warranty due to the codes as they are no longer repairing Peugeots apparently.

I've have had to book into Peugeot Leeds under the 1Link warranty for Friday this week. They have already queried the service history from Arnold Clark even though its full and only 38k. Fingers crossed its either just a sensor or worst case covered by the warranty or good will 😐

Just an update, Peugeot and 1link needed VAT invoices from the three services the car has had in order to prove what oil and filters have been used to even consider a warranty claim. Luckily managed to get copies from Arnold Clark.

Still not sure if it's the filter and sensors causing the issue or the cam belt but should know soon.
