Notchiness in steering

Hi!
I have 2020 508 SW Allure 180 puretech.

I notice sometimes slight notchiness on steering when doing small steering inputs, happens usually between 50-70kph. Feels like cogs on wheel (sorry not sure about the term, not native english) - like the steering wheel wants to turn step-by-step from input, instead of smooth progressive feel.
  • This happens maybe 50% of the time, and mostly right after starting - lasting for 5-10mins.
  • Lane keep assist does not affect to this
  • First troubleshoot from dealer did not give any conclusion (suggested that lane keep assist might cause this - does not)
Car was on storage for about 8 months and I found a forum post from similar issue saying: "During storage the rack can cause rust at the spot where the rod enters the rack itself and that little bit of build up can cause what you are experiencing"
- time to visit the dealer for second time I presume...

Any similar feelings or tips regarding this?
