If he's not a Diagbox man, then he's not going to see the option. There are many menu's in Diagbox, which to some are confusing, but knowing what to look for helps. I'm not sure Planet has these options though.
He has Diagbox on laptop but we just couldn't see anything in the menus for Bluetooth there were a couple of different Radio options (radio, Radio/CD/MP3) but none of which seemed to have any options for bluetooth. Im a bit stuck.

Thanks,

I don't currently have the laptop with me to check the the exact setting you need, but once I get it back, I'll write a step-by-step here on what to change within Diagbox.
If you ever come up to Scotland, just drop me a PM here and I'll see what I can do for you.

Thats most kind. The lad was very helpful just couldnt find anyway of changing it so your guide would be a great help. Just hoping its not a hardware issue with the cars equipment.

Yes, the laptop is back, and hopefully I'll be able to make a step-by-step in the coming days. I'll let you know here.

Here's the step by step on how to enable the BT connection option on the EMF_C screen. This worked on my car, with a RD45 headunit which replaced the original RD4, and a EMF_C screen which replaced the old EMF_A screen.

Many thanks I'll see if I can get someone local to have another look at this for me. Sorry for the late reply. I didnt seem to get a notification saying there was a new reply and only just logged in again today. Peter

Did you have any luck with this?
My radio has the same fault that appeared out of the blue.
Was the radio faulty? thank you

All sorted by a local lad with Diagbox. I think the multifunction screen must have been replaced at some point before I purchased the car and he just reprogrammed it so I now have bluetooth telephony and also screen display for the parking sensors. They did beep before but no on screen display.
