HI @rui.saraiva Thanks for your reply. Do you think I will have to wait long for the next version?
No ideia. With the map/cartography updates you know that there are 4 updates each year, but with the system/firmware updates is up to Peugeot/Continental (or Bosch in RCC updates)...

You can see here the release dates for all the previous system/firmware versions:

I got round to checking the mapping and firmware on my new car today (see photo).

Car was built 21 October 2020 and registered 20 November 2020, the maps and firmware appear to be about 18 months old, you would think they would have a newer version on the production line.

Then again you would have thought the Peugeot dealer would have updated the maps & firmware as part of the PDI - they don't.

Its working when the customer takes it away, thats good enough.

Yes, so they can charge U later. Witnessed the other day I was in, an older man (60+) came in, if its possible to update maps on his 2008. They said they will look in to it, later said they will download it through the night and install next day for 14,- EUR.

The "r" is the minor revision number. But those have different version numbers, 21.08.24.12 and 21.08.25.12.

BTW, there's a new firmware version, 21.08.84.12 - https://majestic-web.mpsa.com/nas/e...ware-version/PSA_ovip-int-firmware-version_21-08-84-12_NAC-r0_NAC_EUR_WAVE2.tar
I've successfuly installed the 21.08.84.12 version over the previous 21.08.25.12. After that the Stop/Start doesn't work. When I stop at the traffic light there is the green ECO on the upper left side of the screen blinking for 3 seconds, but the engine doesn't stop. Any comments on what might be the issue?

Extremely common fault. For some reason the moons and stars need to be aligned for it to work. Quick Google its a common fault

There are numerous issues as to why S&S does not stop the engine.

Engine temperature not in limits (needs to warm up first)
Engine cold
Heater setting at high and cabin temp not yet up to that setting
A/C turned on
Heat at set to max
Battery voltage low or not yet fully charged ( headlights also drain battery to an extent)
Battery not holding charge(known issue for most)
Charging system not charging correct voltage.
Faulty earth strap
Door open
Foot on clutch

The list is endless

If you have issue with S&S get it checked with a dealership.

Apologies to the rest for being off topic

I have seen photos that Opel Update has new Firmware updates but the Vauxhall and Peugeot don't. Hopefully one will be released soon going by release date on previous versions.
