You can get car seats with a base thats removable that stays in the car and fixes to the seat an you just attatch the carrier

I think its been the law that cars made after 2005 have isofix, or at least the capacity to install isofix. I think the isofix is anchored to the chassis rather than the interior.

She's been shopping! Seen all the nice new car seats with the quick release isofix setup.... nearly as expensive as my car for the whole kid transport system!!

This is what I'm looking for really.... something simple and easy and most of all... safe. :thumb:

 

Our 307SW 07 has ISOFix. It's the SE level. If you have the 3 individual middle passenger seats instead of the split seats then you have ISOFix.
ISOFix is pretty handy as well as supposedly being safer. We have 2 ISOFix seats, installing and removing them is much easier than those held in by the seat belt.
