have you asked your pug dealer how much to repair, I had mine done at the dealership local to me about this time last year, the flaps had stuck on cold air so as you can guess it was very cold in the car at this time of the year, anyway it cost £500 and took a couple of days but I did have a courtesy car, I thought that was a fair price concidering all the dash has to come out, hope you get it sorted
