Hi All

We have just put a deposit down on a used 5008. However when inspecting the vehicle only the drivers side rear seat slided forward to enable someone to enter the boot/3rd row seats. On the passenegr side we tried to lift up the latch at on the shoulder of the outer rear seat but it seem to be stuck and would not allow the seat to move forward/fold up like the other side?

Is this normal? I know some cars only let rear passengers get in on one side? or should both 2nd row seats move forward/fold up to allow entry into the boot seats?

any help much appreciated from current or previous owners!

I have the exact issue. The Black plastic flap/handle doesn't lift the lach as on the passenger side. this isn't connected to the black cord as Andy mantioned above. Now I am planning to remove the seat trying to fix it somehow as you can't see anything the seat installed in its place.....
Anyone any suggestions?
