Both seats should pull forward to allow access to the rear seats. Try giving a hefty tug on the cord at the back of the seat. Pull it in an upwards direction. Hope this works and there is nothing wrong elsewhere. Good luck.

 

Hi All

used 5008 only the drivers side rear seat slided forward to enable someone to enter the boot/3rd row seats. On the passenger side we tried to lift up the latch at on the shoulder of the outer rear seat but it seem to be stuck and would not allow the seat to move forward/fold up like the other side?

I have the exact issue. The Black plastic flap/handle doesn't lift the lach as on the passenger side. this isn't connected to the black cord as Andy mantioned above. Now I am planning to remove the seat trying to fix it somehow as you can't see anything the seat installed in its place.....
Anyone any suggestions?
