Pulling the fuse isn't the right fix. The fan is needed for aircon or a regen if its a diesel, not to mention summer or traffic jam engine cooling.

I'd start by checking and cleaning the relays which control the fan. On the 307 they'd get dirt ingress and stick on.

I'd also check the cooling system for any faults - my 308 would do this because I had a blocked radiator.

 

Fan is running as a safety measure as the ecu is seeing an issue somewhere, i would get the car scanned for fault codes and see what it comes back with.

 

Du har ett fel av något slag som gör att fläkten slås på som en försiktighetsåtgärd. Min extra (turbo) vattenpump slutade fungerade och då startade fläkten så fort du startade bilen. Mitt tips är att läsa av felkoderna är en bra början.
