Hi Guys,
I have a 2004 2.0l Petrol 307.
After driving for 10 minutes or so if I pull over and sit in idle or am parking I get the message "Engine Coolant Temperature Too High - STOP".
It doesn't look like the Radiator Fan moves when the Temperature gets up. I can drive on the motorway fine for hours but it seems to be when there isn't much airflow going through the car. The engine bay and radiator get red hot.
Seem to have a few electrical problems as well. Automatic wing mirror sometimes only come out so far when starting the car, heater doesn't always come on.
Battery terminals have been cleaned and earthing points checked and seem to be ok. I know the chap who had it previous had to charge the battery from flat quite a few times as it wasn't getting used much.
Any ideas guys or a garage job?
Ta.
