I own the e2008 but I would assume its the same. Touch the button that likes like electric strike, then on the screen it should show statics, then middle button is deferred charge. Hope this helps.

I don't have a button with that symbol on unless it's hidden well away from the other controls beneath the touchscreen. I will check again, though!

 

This button. I dont think you can access it through menus on screen. Once you press that, the last tab on the screen says Charge.

 

I don't have that button. The 7" screen I have does not have any of those functions above the black 'piano' style buttons.

I can defer charging via the app and it works but I'm surprised there appears to be no way within the car to do it (with the smaller screen).

No. The application menu only shows photos. Nothing else.

I'll try to reset the system profile tomorrow. It's as if something is missing.

I've also noticed there is no option to change the touchscreen colour. Think it's shown as ambience on some online videos.

I think it is a limitation of the 7" screen. Very odd for Peugeot to miss this function off, though.

 

Reset screen to factory defaults. No change.

 

Hmm, what options does appear if you touch the screen using three fingers? Might seem like a mistake in the software though...

 

Applications appears but when you select it the option isn't in there. It does sound like a software error. I'm going to contact the dealer today and see if they are able to reload it.

The peugeot E-208 with the 7" screen do not have the possibility to show or even run the deferred charging program, and you can not see consumption either
There is no "lightning" button or app on the 7" inch version, Peugeot simply did not put in a processor that was strong enough to run these functions, they on appears in models with the 10" screen, that also have the navigation, wich in turn have better processor speed
My Ipad could run all of this but peugeot cut corners and saved the money
Look at the peugeot App and you will also notice you cant see your cars consumption in the app, you can only set consumptions figures for Mpg/KmL aka a fossil car, there is no setting to set it to KW/h or the like
i have been in contact with Peugeot about it. and guess what. no answer what so ever.

I am surprised to how different the 7" to 10" screen and model of the car differs. Considering its electric, you would have thought it would be standard to defer a charge?

I have a Wallbox and use the schedule charge via the Wallbox app. Indeed, as Trubbabubba says, leave the MyPeugeot app/in car touch screen (depending on the trim level) set to immediate charge, and set a schedule with your home (smart) charger.
