These screens are 12 pins
You can see that inside the brown connector, there will be 12 pins inside

What I would like to know is how buyer can find out if there is 6 or 12 pin connection on the back of the display in his/her car? Is it necessary to take it out to find out or it is possible to know by car's equipment type e.g. executive, sport, comfort etc? OR maybe buyer needs to ring Peugeot/Citroen parts department and enquire with car's VIN?

It is a RD4 mono orange display.
Do all RD4 displays have 12 pin connection?

I will try service box, but not sure if I will be able to recover old login details for it.

I see you have a PP. IS it difficult to programme displays manually? Some people have faced issues with main dealer garages.

Sounds like you have the display I'm looking for. I have one blanking out when warm and I removed it - guess what? - it's one of the white ones.

If you still have one for sale can you let me know?

I'm driving a 2004 407 1.6 HDi, dual aircon controls.
