Had my recall letter, booked in with local dealer all checked out ok.
unfortunately i had replace 7mm kit with 8mm a few months back due to the death rattle.
Dealer did a software update and when pushed a oil and filter change FOC as per recall letter
Car feels slow to pickup speed first thing in morning like its lacking boost.

No tuning company wants to do French cars thats what they tell me anyway.

I mean it doesn't have to be a performance tuning. But they can boost lower rpms a little.

Hi - I have just posted on here, I have a 2018 3008 1.5 blue hdi with 65k miles and the cam chain has just shattered my engine. Did you challenge peugeot at all?

That sound ominous as i have just recently put my vin in the online checker, and it's come back as no recalls, it is 2021 BlueHDi 1.5 diesel.

I think it's time i took this into my own hands and get the timing belts & chain done, before any damage occurs.

First of all make sure that you don't already have an 8mm chain already fitted. There is a way to identify whether that is the case by looking at the shape of the cam cover. Unfortunately I don't have a link for that to hand.
