Hi,

Does anyone know a good method to remove a windscreen washer run line thats not going to ruin my paint work? I am not sure if much can be done, you can see from the pictures the problem. Oh my car is not badly textured, its the clouds :)

If the paint work is base coat and clear coat, then you'll need to work out if it's gotten underneath the clear coat. If so, it'll be best off being painted.

If it's 1 pack (ie. glossy paint), then you may get away with a polish like Storeman said.

Indeed thought as much, will try and see where it is. I am not painting over it though, think that will look far worse than the line thats there lol.

I think whats in the washer additive is like a mild acid, I think its probably just cut its way into the paint but maybe completely wrong. The car is scheduled for a winter polish and wax so will see what happens then :)

Thanks for replying
