To be honest the wifi connection in our cars doesn't really do anything of any use!

Its the same across the whole PSA range with it being available through the touchscreen, but perhaps they had intended to do something later on with it. Some years later, nothing has changed.

My car has the inbuilt SIM card for use with getting Tomtom Live traffic and weather etc., so doesn't rely on a wifi connection for anything really.

When parked, I have correctly connected to my wifi router indoors, but it doesn't really serve any purpose.
