Thanks, hmm I haven't got a VIN as my windscreen was replaced & am still waiting for the V5. Think Ill have a look under the hood for the intercooler, any ideas where it is/should be located? (Its a 2002 307 2.0 HDI)

If theres a big rubber hose from front to back next to the air filter hose then its a 110 as they have an intercooler

There's a sticker on the driver's door pillar stating the BHP.

The VIN should be visible in numerous places on the car.

IIRC its also on the green slip that you keep even if you send away the logbook.

A photo of the engine will also give us an idea.

Ill take a pic of the engine & get the number from the slip when I get home, thanks for the help :)

I just washed out mine. Allow a couple of hours to get it out. A couple more to wash, using a garden hose. Dry overnight and reinstall. Not really a big job.

With two people, who have done it before, I changed over the Cat+DPF complete unit in less than an hour.

Yeah the engine code is in the VIN too, which is RHS from what I understand, I'm pretty convinced its a 110BHP. Its nice to have the extra power of the 110 so its not all bad :D
