Are there any problems with changing my 16" wheels to 15", obviously the tyre profile would have to increase to keep the speedo accurate (i've looked at some guide that say what size tyre to use etc) but are there any pitfalls I should worry about? Its an Expert van and I was wondering if the smaller rim with a fatter tyre would make it more comfortable?

Just idly speculating really

As long as you can clear the brake caliper, you should be fine. iirc, 283mm is the max-ish that can fit under 15's.

cheers, the idle speculation continues
I've found some Volvo XC90 wheels , 16" ( the offset is 50mm which i can correct with spacers (although willitfit.com says they only end up 10mm further inboard )
They come with 215/65/16 tyres (all look to be pretty good condition as well) but they will obviously make my speedo inacurate, now some websites say that when the speedo is showing 30mph I'll be doing 29.3mph and at 60mph i'll be doing 58mph, which doesnt seem like a problem to be honest but is there anything im not aware of?
They are a good price of 200 quid delivered including tyres
