I ned a wheel bearing replacement on my front wheel, is this easy to do if you haven't got a clue what your doing?

Nope.

The HUB needs to come off ond the old and new bearing need to be pressed out/in with a hydraulic press.

If you can get the HUB off and take just the HUB to a garage then you can save money on the labour for the strip down and rebuild.

I get them out without a press

I have never tried it, but heard about it, it should be doable. You may never pound the bearing in place with pipe and hammer as often done on common bearings, because a front wheel bearing inner race is two items only held together with a plastic lockring and can separate (wonder how I know that :nono:)

Got about 100 other problems with my car so will post some more soon. :thumb:
