I noticed the other day that a puddle of water was underneath my 307 cc so after checking the water level which was low I put in some radwell and more water only to discover that after running the engine for a while that water is leaking from a small pipe with a thread on it as in picture supplied I am wondering if a cap has come off or if it is a sensor housing any help would be great cheers

Looks like its the heater input pipes the o-rings can fail and there is sometimes a bleed point here which has a cap similar to a tyre valve cap on it. If that's loose or missing you will get a water leak.

Would also be good to post an introduction if you plan on staying around

Sorry guys first time I have posted it’s a 307 2.0 16 valve and yes I think it’s some kind of bleed point where the water is coming from
