I also couldn't see the video, but it's not necessary. I recently changed belt + tensioner in my 307. I changed tensioner too because the plastic pulley was quite worn and had some play. The funny thing is that with the new tensioner, it wobbles too. I guess it's normal, then.

If the little pulley doesn't have excessive play, or wear, I would leave it there if I were you. I changed it because I didn't want to damage the new belt with an old plastic pulley that was too worn out. Check the thickness of the surface that makes contact with the belt. Mine was about 0.5mm, compared to about 2-3mm of the new one.

I hope this helps. I don't have very much experience with these "modern" belts, but it doesn't appear to be a big deal. I'll tell you if mine breaks. (I'd insert a smiley face but I can't find it!)

Check the pulley on the alternator, the free wheeling clutch may have seized, that's what caused the chattering on my tensioner and wrecked the belt in around 5K miles
