I own a Peugeot 508 model 2020, First time to receive this message (Version not compatible with hardware) every time I start the engine.
2 days ago I changed the battery of the car, could it be the reason?
How can I Solve this problem pls

Do you have anything plugged in the USB sockets?

I did and the message didn't appear :)
Was the USB the cause?
But I was using it before and never had this message

It appears to have faulty now doesn’t it. If it is a music stick you may have to recreate it and try again.

So I remove the music from USB then format the USB and put back the music files again on the usb
Am I correct

Probably. But first just plug it back in to try it again. It could have been just a bad connection. If it still gives the error then something bad happened to the stick and you will have to create it again as you made it originally.

You may have accidentally have formatted the stick in NTFS. Car entertainment systems only read FAT(32).
