While changing my spark plugs I have accidentally disconnected a hose and can't see where it has come from.
The car is a 1992 106, 1.1 petrol, carburettor model. My Haynes manual mentions the hose and calls it a "vacuum hose" but it is describing the end that is still connected. It goes into the "air cleaner housing-to-carburettor duct" next to a wider hose which I know is called a breather hose. I clean the breather hose periodically because it gets an oily residue in it and the car performs noticeably better when it is clean. I have never paid any attention to the vacuum hose until now and there is no sign of any socket, connector or hole that the other end should plug into.
It would be very helpful if anyone can suggest where the free end of this hose should be connected.
