Sorted Now, Eventually Called Out The Aa,who Gained Access And Managed To Start It.patrol Man Was Puzzled As The Battery Seemed In Good Overall Condition,but Appeared To Have Been Drained.

Usually dead batteries are hard to fault unless the person is very experienced, when batteries go flat they can be re-charge when the cells collapse the battery is beyond repair, it will charge and register ok but it cannot sustain that charge. HOPE this helps
