A quick question for those i the know , are the tyre valves on the wheels of the 3008 metal or the standard rubber , i know that the ones on my QQ are metal and not too strong !

The caps on mine are plastic ones, i had intended to replace them at some point but nothing too flashy as it just attracts the idiots who pinch em!!

Thanks Stuart , not the caps i am asking about , it is the actual valve that comes out of the wheel , is it metal or dubber as they all used to be ??

The valves themselves are black rubber.

Slighty Off topic, but does anyone know if the 3008 has sensors for TPMS or is it done the more cheap way(off the abs ring)?

The manual says that you have to reset the system everytime you inflate a tyre so I think that points towards an Indirect System - but I am only surmizing - my existing 3008 has a Direct System with pressure sensors within the wheel/tyre.
