I want to put winter tyres on my 407 which are fitted to spare wheels. The Peugeot dealership intends to charge me £72 for pairing the sender units in the replaced wheels and the same again in the Spring when I put the original wheels back on.

Is there a cheaper way of doing this? The alternative is simply having to replace the tyres on the same wheels every six months which is a pain in itself. I can't believe that in countries where it is common practice to put on winter tyres that people have to pay £150 a season where they use spare wheels for their winter tyres.

Is this a Peugeot UK rip off?:(

So your having new sensors paired to the car?
Or
Swapping sensors over?

You shouldn't need them swapping in spring as you can code 9 tpms in total at one time.
