Of course, try eBay or AliExpress for something suitable. I prefer the internal fitted tyre sensors, but there are external valve cap ones available.
And depending on what you want –
a controller that plugs in to Android Head units for display.
a controller with display independent of the vehicle, solar or wired in
or other options.

I’ve used both Android head unit one, currently, and before that the second option given, they work the life of tyres (not had an issue but changed with tyre sets, as ~imo not expensive, but the battery life, seems to be much longer in the sensor itself)
