Originally posted in electrical but realised it was how to guides, so apologies about that.

I am fitting a tow bar with twin electrics at the weekend, with a bypass relay for the lights and a split charge relay, to my 52 plate 307 SW 110 HDi

I have researched the job and I'm quite confident in fitting it, however there is one thing I am not quite sure on.

I need a live feed for the relays but I have a quick release battery connector. Would the positive post in the engiine fusebox be a good source? There will be 2 feeds coming off, both rated at 25 amps.

Thanks in advance

The permanent live at the fusebox should be fine. Be sure to incorporate fuses in the wires, preferably near the fusebox end, rated at 30 amps minimum, 40 amp fuses might be better for startup loads from some users.
