All,
Do you have an idea why the throttle pedal doesn't do anything in the about first centimeter of pressing it in a 307 2L HDi 03 reg ? is anyone have that ?

Adjust the cable at the throttle position sensor in the engine bay.

Try this worked on mine

TPS resynchronisation process yourself. (this helps when the TPS goes out of synch after loads of miles):
-switch on the ignition
-slowly depress the accelerator pedal
-slowly ease it off
-switch off the ignition

I think only the 1.6 HDI's have throttle cables, the rest are potentiometers assembled at the top of the pedal. I'm wondering if I can unscrew and remove the whole pedal and measure the resistance across its full travel. It's normal for pots to get worn down over years of use - ask any audio tech about crackly knob syndrome - I reckon it's causing some throttle hesitation on my 2L HDI. That and the definitely borked EGR ;o)
