Yes planet is dealer level diagnostic. Your pump is unlikely to have a problem. What engine?

It's a 2.0 hdi I'm not getting any fuel past the pump and I can't even prime it as the pump is acting as a block ????? Unsure if this is normal

Have you had a proper peugeot diagnostic check done?
If not its the only way the pump pressures can be checked on cranking etc. Ill give it that the Siemens system is as soft as pudding on these. Although it could be anything.

I had a garage plug it in a while back and they said low fuel pressure ( I think it was a while back and was running at the time ) but can't afford to just keep paying out out out on it

You'll have to get a proper peugeot diagnostic check done. Also the high pressure checked coming out of the pump. The pressure checking is fairly specialist as not all garage have a kit. Dealers should though.
