I have strange noise coming from my engine. Only started this morning at a set of lights I liked to my side and thought that car is running awful until I got home and thought it's actually mine. Anyways this is thebnoise I'm getting like chirping noises when engine running....

Took belt off and ran car noise still there. Timing? How much looking at?
