Maybe seals in fuel pump when warm expands and losses pressure in the seals if it has low pressure will not start. Try running cold water over pump when it happens if it starts straight away defo seals hope this helps.

Many thanks for this ,I have just had a starting test done by Peugeot and they say the same, fuel pump pressure down to about 140.I had another pump and tried it but it still did the same must have 2 knackered pumps .
