I've had a 206 before and was able to remove the lens from the headlight in order to paint the chrome section.

Is it possible to do the same on a 307?

I was thinking of buying a spare headlight to have a play with, but though I'd ask first :)

Many thanks
Ben.

I want to paint the chrome section either gun metal grey or black.
I havent really done much looking into it yet as its not on my main list of 'to do's but if im not mistaken there is a adhesive holding the parts together.

A birdy told me that heating the unit up in the oven may do the trick but heat and the length of time is not something im sure about.. but it IS something i want to do

Cheers bud

If you are worried about baking them buy yourself (or borrow) a heat gun if you then heat around the outside you can start prying it open with a flat bladed screwdriver you may need to keep applying the heat every now and then. It takes more effort but I find you have more control over the heat than if you were to bake it.
