Is dielectric grease on plug thread is needed? Does anyone has a recommendation for spark plugs manufacturer or reliable spark plugs that will operate at least 40K miles in Peugeot 307 petrol 1.6/2005?

Bosch FR8SC should do the job just fine. Bit of copper grease if your concerned about them getting stuck but if the threads are clean and you torque them correctly you shouldn't need any grease.

Really easy to change.

Never had an issue myself with NGK plugs. As BlueBubble said a small amount of copper grease if your worried about them getting stuck.
