My local dealer Robins & Day have recently closed their parts department, you now have to ring one of their other branches which still has one and order from them. They then send part to local branch.
The dip stick parted company with it's end, so when in local branch asked about this. No problem we order it here and you can pick it up next week when you come in. Went back a week later, no sign, they have no record of the part being delivered. We'll call you as soon as it arrives. Still waiting.
If it now takes 2 weeks to get something like a dip stick, what chance is there for anything more urgent?
