2008 407 sw 167k

Hello i am replacing my injectors seals and then i started to press the inter cooler pipes and i hear this...is it natural or am i going to disassemble everything again? pls see video



Can any one tell me what is and where it goes the part on the photo pls...


Last one..on our fuel filters there is a dummy plug right a blue one?

The noise just sounds like air being displaced in the inlet manifold and coming out of the cylinder as the injector has been removed.

The pipe you are holding it is just a breather on the end which vents to atmosphere if you follow it the other way is is most likely attached to an actuator solenoid

But the sound cmoes from under the inlet not from the injectors port...so i guess i will try it like this ....maybe i dont need to take all apart

Or it's just venting back through turbo

The sound is really under the second or thirdt vent of the inlet....i just dont want to remove itr all again....but if i have to..

Turbo is under inlet manifold so it's possible its that
